Our policy toward rush orders is that we don't generally take them. We try to ship orders in the order in which they've been received. This may mean significant delays in shipping. But, it keeps costs down, which is our primary goal. We make sure that everyone receives what was ordered, but not necessarily in a speedy fashion. We apologize in advance for shipping delays.
If you have a rush order, we recommend you order through Heritage House 76.
However, because we have the lowest possible prices, there is a pent-up demand for rush orders. We do try to meet these requests when we can, but this isn't really fair to other customers, whose orders are now delayed. So, we now offer Priority Shipping for an additional $5.
We also guarantee that, if you pay this additional $5 Priority Shipping charge and tell us the date you need the pins, you will receive the pins by that date, or we will refund your shipping charges and your Priority Shipping charge.
If you need the pins in a week or less from the date when request Priority Shipping, we still recommend you order through Heritage House 76. You can still request Priority Shipping, and we will do our best to accomodate you, giving your order a higher priority than other orders, but we cannot guarantee you will receive the pins in a week or less.
