What if I don't get what I ordered?
If we mistakenly ship the wrong product, contact us: We will ship you the correct product at no additional charge to you. In most cases, you will also be able to keep the product that we wrongly shipped to you.
What if you shipped me the product I ordered, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong product?

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, contact us to resolve the problem. In most cases, we will immediately ship the correct product to you, then credit your account when the wrong product is returned, and you will only be charged an additional amount if the correct product costs more than the wrong product.

Example: You mistakenly order ten nickel Precious Feet pins at $11.80 total (including Shipping and Handling). What you really wanted were ten gold-plated Precious Feet pins at $31.50 total (including Shipping and Handling). You pay $19.70 (31.50 minus 11.80, note that you don't have to pay an extra shipping charge for the new shipment) and we immediately ship out the correct product. We trust you to ensure that we receive the wrong product in return. If we don't, we will bill you.

What if I receive damaged or defective goods?
If you receive anything that is damaged or defective, product, contact us: In most cases, will send a replacement shipment at no additional charge to you, and you will also be able to keep the damaged/defective product. In other cases, you might simply want a refund.
